This recipe is so easy to make. Seriously, it takes 15 minutes tops to put together.

GF (Mostly DF) Spaghetti And Meatballs
Serves: 4
Time: 1-2 hours (mostly just simmering on the stove)
Preheat oven to 400
Ingredients
Sauce:
- 5 cups tomato juice
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- ½ green pepper, diced
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons GF flour
Meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground meat of your choice)
- 1 cup GF bread crumbs
- ½ cup pecorino romano, grated
- ½ cup oat milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- ½ onion, diced
Instructions:
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot over low heat and let simmer for 1 – 2 hours
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until combined
- Form small meatballs on a baking sheet and distribute diced onion over the meatballs
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until slightly crispy
- Scoop meatballs and onion into sauce
- Cover the pot and simmer on low until sauce thickens (don’t be afraid to taste test!)
